Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is an integral part of the ScoutLoop Terms of Service. The AUP describes which actions are allowed when using the service and which are strictly prohibited.
1. What is prohibited
1.1. Metric manipulation
- Inflating followers, likes, comments, or views by any means.
- Using purchased or farm accounts to simulate activity.
- Reciprocal like / follow exchanges via automated services or "engagement pods".
- Buying traffic to artificially boost reach.
1.2. Spam and automation
- Mass auto-posting of identical comments or Direct messages.
- Automated follow / unfollow to acquire followers.
- Auto-DM to new followers with sales messages without their explicit request.
- Any actions imitating real-user behavior to bypass platform restrictions.
1.3. Illegal or harmful content
- Content violating the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the client's country.
- Disinformation, fake news, manipulation of public opinion.
- Hate speech, discrimination, violence, threats.
- Sexually explicit content, exploitation of minors.
- Incitement to violence, terrorism, or extremism.
- Content infringing the copyright and trademark rights of third parties.
1.4. Deception and impersonation
- Impersonation of another person, brand, government body, or official.
- Creation of fake accounts or "doubles" of existing businesses.
- Knowingly false advertising of goods or services.
- Hidden advertising without mandatory labeling (violation of the RoK Law on Advertising).
1.5. Regulated and prohibited niches
Without ScoutLoop's written consent, the service must not be used to promote:
- Cryptocurrencies, ICOs, NFTs, any form of speculative financial instruments.
- Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, "investment" plans.
- Gambling without an RoK licence.
- Tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vapes, nicotine products.
- Psychoactive substances, precursors, supplements with unproven effects.
- Firearms and ammunition.
- Adult dating, escort services.
1.6. Technical violations
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to ScoutLoop, other clients, or Meta systems.
- Reverse engineering, copying of source code or product functionality.
- Transferring access to your account to third parties without ScoutLoop's consent.
- Using the ScoutLoop API outside the publicly documented limits.
- Load testing without prior coordination.
1.7. Violation of Meta rules
Any violation of the current rules of Meta Platforms is automatically a violation of the ScoutLoop AUP. Applicable rules:

- Meta Platform Policies for developers
- Meta Advertising Standards
2. Our recommendations
- Publish original content. If you use someone else's, get permission or credit the author.
- Label promotional posts per the RoK Law on Advertising and Meta rules (hashtags
#реклама,#ad, "paid partnership"). - Reply to followers personally or via ScoutLoop, but as a living business — not as an auto-responder.
- Keep profile contacts up to date so users can reach you.
- Comply with the RoK Law on Consumer Rights Protection regarding response times, warranties, refunds.
3. Consequences of violations
When a violation is identified, we may:
- Contact you and ask you to remedy the violation within 7 days.
- Temporarily restrict specific features (for example, disable auto-publishing).
- Suspend the account without compensation.
- Terminate the contract immediately for serious or repeated violations.
- Report the violation to Meta if required by Meta Platforms terms.
- Transfer information to law-enforcement authorities if a crime is suspected.
4. Report a violation
If you notice another ScoutLoop client violating the AUP (for example, using our service for spam or fraud), report it:
- Email: abuse@scoutloop.io or aan@scoutloop.io
- Describe what you saw and attach links or screenshots.
- We will review the report within 5 business days.
5. Changes to the AUP
ScoutLoop may update the AUP if Meta rules or applicable law change. Material changes take effect 14 days after publication. Active clients receive notice by email.
